The Slavery Database

The Slavery Database was created as a collaborative effort among archivists and historians from around the world to track the Atlantic slave trade through archival sources of the buying, selling, and transport of slaves from Africa and the Eastern Atlantic to the New World.  It tracks data and movements of slaves from the late 15th to the late 19th century.
